TRANSPORT SERVICE TERMS What you are booking A private point-to-point transport service: an SUV with a driver, just for your group, that picks you up at the agreed place, date and time and takes you to the agreed destination. It is transport, not a tour: it does not include waiting at the destination, visits or a return trip unless you book them. What is agreed When you book, the origin, destination, date and departure time are fixed. Before the service we contact you to confirm the time and the exact pickup point; the service ends when you arrive at the destination. Changes of time or place are arranged in advance and depend on availability. The return trip Each leg is a separate service. If you need to come back, book the return as another transfer (same rate) or ask us for a quote: it is then agreed with its own date and time. Between one leg and the next there is no vehicle at your disposal at the destination or in the city. If you book both trips together (at the airport, the "Both" option), they are still two separate services, each with its own date, time, price and cancellation. Hourly service With the SUV by the hour, the vehicle and driver are at your disposal within Bogotá for the hours booked (minimum 3), with as many stops as you like. Extra hours are charged at the same rate. Parking fees are paid by you. Waiting time At the airport we track your flight: if it is delayed we wait at no cost. From landing we wait up to 60 minutes on international flights and 30 on domestic ones, the time for immigration and luggage. At hotels and addresses we wait up to 15 minutes after the agreed time. After that, with no word from you, the service is considered provided. Travel times and roads The travel times we show are approximate: they depend on traffic, weather, roadworks and road conditions. If a road closes (it happens, for example, on the Vía al Llano), we take the safe alternative or reschedule with you; if there is no way to make the trip, we refund 100%. Vehicle and driver We may provide the service with any vehicle or driver from our operation or from licensed partners, always under the same conditions: a comfortable SUV, a licensed professional driver, a valid FUEC and insurance. For more than 4 passengers, several SUVs are assigned. Luggage Each SUV takes up to 4 passengers, with room for 2 large suitcases and 2 carry-ons. If you bring more suitcases, bicycles, pets or bulky luggage, tell us when booking and we will arrange it with you; another SUV may be needed. Price and payment The price is in US dollars (USD), per vehicle and per leg (per hour for the hourly service), and includes fuel and tolls. It does not include parking, meals or entry fees. For the custom trip the price is the quote you accepted. You pay with the methods the site offers when you book (for example, cash on the day of the trip). Cash preferably in US dollars; if you pay in Colombian pesos, at the day's official exchange rate (TRM). When you finish booking, you see your confirmation and voucher on the site. On board Seat belts at all times. No smoking, alcohol or other substances inside the vehicle. We look after your belongings, but forgotten items are each passenger's responsibility; if something is left in the vehicle, we get it back to you. Minors Always travel with a responsible adult. The person booking must be over 18. We do not provide child seats: if you travel with babies or young children, bring the right seat for their age and the driver will help you install it. Protection of children and adolescents We reject the sexual exploitation and abuse of minors. It is a crime in Colombia (Law 679 of 2001 and Law 1336 of 2009) and offenders will be reported to the authorities. Who we are This site is The Private Exclusive Tour, an IT service based in Bogotá, Colombia. Transport is provided by a special ground transport company licensed in Colombia, with a valid FUEC and insurance. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Colombian law (Law 1480 of 2011).

FREE CANCELLATION UP TO 8 HOURS BEFORE If you cancel You can cancel, no questions asked, up to 8 hours before pickup time (Colombia time) and we refund 100% of what you paid. With less than 8 hours' notice, or if you do not show up, there is no refund: the vehicle and driver are already reserved for you. If your booking has two trips (for example, airport arrival and departure), each one is cancelled on its own, with the same 8-hour rule before its pickup. Changing the date You can change the date at no cost with the same 8 hours' notice, subject to availability and, for tours, to the site's opening days. If we cancel If for any reason we cannot provide the service, we refund 100% or offer you another date, your choice. Weather, closures and force majeure If the site or the road closes unexpectedly, the weather makes the trip impossible or there is a public-order situation, we refund 100% or change the date, at no cost. How you get your refund To the same payment method you used. We start it immediately; your bank or card may take up to 10 business days to show it. Your rights This policy does not limit your rights as a consumer (Law 1480 of 2011).

HOW WE HANDLE YOUR PERSONAL DATA Who is responsible The Private Exclusive Tour, an IT service based in Bogotá, Colombia, which runs this site. You can reach us through the contact channels on this site for anything about your data. What data we use What you give us when booking: name, email, phone, ID number, the names and ID numbers of your fellow passengers (for the FUEC) and trip details (date, number of people, pickup address and, for airport transfers, flight number). If you pay by card, your card details are processed directly by the payment gateway; we never see or store them. Why To manage your booking and pick you up, send you the confirmation and your booking details, invoice, handle your requests and meet legal obligations. We only send you marketing if you allow it, and you can withdraw that permission at any time. Who we share it with Only those we need in order to serve you: the licensed transport company that operates your trip (it issues the FUEC with that data), the site's technology providers (for example payments, email, maps and chat) and, where the law requires it, the authorities. We do not sell your data. Visit statistics To improve the site we count visits with our own cookie (it lasts 13 months) that recognises you as a visitor, without your name or email: which pages you view, your language and device, where you came from, and your approximate country and city (taken from your device's time zone or the approximate location of your connection; never from GPS and without asking for your location). If you are logged in, the visit is linked to your account. Of your IP we keep only a fingerprint that does not reveal it. We keep these records for as long as they are useful for these statistics. We use no third-party trackers. If your browser asks not to be tracked (Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track), we count the visit without a cookie and without your time zone. This cookie and the time zone one are only set if you accept in the cookie notice; if you reject it or don't choose, we also count the visit without them. You can change your choice at any time with the «Cookies» link at the bottom of every page. We also use necessary cookies, which don't ask for permission because the site doesn't work without them: your session when you sign in, and the one that lets you see your booking from this browser. If you pay by card, the payment gateway sets its own to prevent fraud. For how long For as long as our relationship lasts and as long as the law requires (accounting and tax). Then we delete or anonymise it. Your rights To know, update, correct and delete your data, and to withdraw your consent, under Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013. Write to us and we will answer within the legal deadlines. You may also contact the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio. When you book You authorise this processing for the purposes described.

YOUR SAFETY IN TRANSPORT How we operate Transport is provided by a special ground transport company licensed by Colombia's Ministry of Transport. Every service travels with its FUEC (the transport contract required by law) and the vehicle holds a valid roadworthiness certificate and SOAT insurance. What covers you As a passenger you are covered by the vehicle's contractual and third-party liability insurance and by SOAT, within each policy's coverage and limits. If you have travel insurance, we recommend bringing it too. If something happens on the road The driver stops the service, attends to people first and activates the insurance. We stay with you through the whole process and help with whatever you need. What belongs to the destination Activities inside the site you visit (hikes, pools, rides, horseback riding) are organised by the site and are the site's and your responsibility. Our responsibility is the transport you booked: taking you there safely and, if your booking includes it, waiting and bringing you back.
