TERMS OF SERVICE What you are booking Private tourist transport: an SUV with a driver, just for your group (up to 4 people), that picks you up in Bogotá, takes you to the destination you chose, waits for you and brings you back. Your driver is your host and knows the region; he is not a tour guide. What is not included Site entry fees, food, drinks, tips and anything you buy are paid by you, directly at the destination. On every tour we show you an estimate so there are no surprises. The places you visit Opening hours, days, fees and rules of each site are set by the site, not by us. We tell you what we know and only sell days when it is open. If a site closes unexpectedly, we refund you or change the date, your choice. Pickup and timing We pick you up at your hotel or any address you give us within Bogotá, at the agreed time. Please be ready 10 minutes early; we wait up to 20 minutes. The day runs at your pace: you may ask for reasonable stops or route changes at no cost, within the tour duration. On board Seat belts at all times. No smoking, alcohol or other substances inside the vehicle. We look after your belongings, but forgotten items are each passenger's responsibility; if something is left in the vehicle, we get it back to you. Minors Always accompanied by a responsible adult. The person booking must be over 18. We do not provide child seats: if you travel with babies or young children, bring the right seat for their age and the driver will help you install it. Price and payment Prices are in US dollars (USD), per person, and cover transport only. You pay with the methods the site offers when you book (for example, cash on the day of the trip). Cash preferably in US dollars; if you pay in Colombian pesos, at the day's official exchange rate (TRM). When you finish booking, you see your confirmation and voucher on the site. Protection of children and adolescents We reject the sexual exploitation and abuse of minors. It is a crime in Colombia (Law 679 of 2001 and Law 1336 of 2009) and anyone who commits it will be reported to the authorities. Who we are This site is The Private Exclusive Tour, an IT service based in Bogotá, Colombia. Transport is provided by a special ground transport company licensed in Colombia, with a valid FUEC and insurance. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Colombian law (Law 1480 of 2011).
